An operating system, not another form library

Give the whole practice one clear way to run ASIC work.

Cassandra connects the company register to the work queue, the review decision and the evidence file. Staff know what to do; reviewers can see what changed; principals retain control.

Command centre

See the work that needs attention first

Bring annual reviews, ASIC debts, signing requests, deadlines and lodgement status into one prioritised operating view.

Exact form workflows

Prepare changes with the right controls

Guide staff through officer, address and share changes with form-specific validation, generated documents and review gates.

Practice workflow

Move work forward without losing the evidence

Delegate, review, approve, sign and track each job while keeping the register, documents and audit history connected.

One client-company register

Officers, members, addresses, shares, documents and obligations stay connected to the company record.

Deadline control

Annual reviews, reservation expiries, fees and signing deadlines surface before they become urgent.

Portfolio migration

Bring firms across from CAS 360, NowInfinity or structured spreadsheets with a reviewable import flow.

Registers and evidence together

Generated packs, signing certificates and immutable ledger history remain tied to the work that created them.

A controlled path from intake to evidence

Familiar to your team. Safer for your firm.

The workflow follows the way professional practices already operate, while making review, delegation and status visible at every step.

Walk through your workflow
  1. 01

    Bring your companies in

Import from CAS 360, NowInfinity or a structured spreadsheet, or open a new company record. Officers, members, shares and obligations arrive in one reviewable register.

  2. 02

    Prepare and review the change

Guide staff through the right fields, rule checks, documents and signing steps. High-risk work moves through maker-checker approval before it can progress.

  3. 03

    Lodge through your channel

Your firm lodges through its own registered-agent channel while Cassandra tracks status, deadlines and evidence without claiming an approval that has not happened.

Trust is part of the workflow

Controls your buyer can inspect.

We describe what the software does, where external approval is still required and which evidence supports each readiness claim.

Sensitive data protected

Field-level encryption protects identifiers that should never sit in plain text.

Tamper-evident audit history

Every material change enters an append-only, hash-chained application audit trail.

Firm and role boundaries

Firm isolation, role permissions and maker-checker review protect client records.

Sydney web workload configuration

The repository deployment config targets Vercel's Sydney region; external providers remain separately governed.

Clear practice pricing

Start small. Keep the same operating model as the firm grows.

Choose a monthly plan for the team, then add one-off incorporation and name-reservation services when the work requires them.

  • 14-day free trial
  • Team access included in every plan
  • Government ASIC fees shown separately

Questions firms ask

Straight answers before you commit.

Product scope, lodgement boundaries, pricing and data protection are explained in plain language.

Is Cassandra approved by ASIC?

No. Cassandra ASIC Agent OS is professional workflow software and is not approved, endorsed or certified by ASIC. It prepares and checks forms against ASIC's published rules, but lodgement itself always happens through your firm's own registered-agent channel.

Who lodges the form with ASIC?

Your firm does. Cassandra prepares the form, checks it against ASIC's rules, collects digital signatures and tracks the status. You lodge through the ASIC registered agent portal or another provider channel your firm has arranged with its own credentials — Cassandra records the outcome either way.

How does pricing work?

Three monthly subscription plans billed in AUD via Stripe — Starter at $29/month, Growth at $59/month and Firm at $89/month — with a 14-day free trial on your first subscription checkout. You can cancel anytime and access continues to the end of the paid period. Government ASIC fees are always separate and payable to ASIC.

Can I import from my current software?

Yes. Onboarding includes importers for CAS 360 and NowInfinity exports and generic CSV files, with a preview step that flags rows needing review before anything is written to your register.

What happens to my firm's data?

Each firm's data is isolated from every other firm's, sensitive identifiers are encrypted at field level, and every change is written to an append-only audit trail. You can export your data, and if you close your account we give you a reasonable opportunity to take a copy before deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.
